Cardiologist Says Stop Taking Aspirin

For decades, the medical authorities have told us to take our daily aspirin. Prevent heart attacks and strokes is the company line for the Bayer corporation. Billions of dollars have been made. This lie must be stopped.

In the last couple of days at the European Society of Cardiology, another study was released that found aspirin for primary prevention had no benefit but certainly had an increase in GI bleeding.

The news media is getting wise to this fact.

Here is a summary slide of the most recent trial.

As you can see from the above, a small benefit was seen for heart health, but the benefit was negated by major bleeds. Aspirin is a blood thinner that damages the stomach lining leading to bleeding and increasing ulcer risk.

In fact, we have known similar data for many years. The following is a summary slide of many trials with the conclusion of no aspirin benefit.

Why do millions still take it with no benefit, yet plenty of risk?

Would you take an aspirin if you knew that it increased the risk of a brain bleed?
I didn’t think so.

Humans are not deficient in aspirin (or any pharmaceutical). We are sick because of poor nutrition, a toxic environment, and a toxic lifestyle.

Change those factors and lower your risk.

Rely on Bayer and an aspirin a day to keep the doctor away, and you are asking for trouble.
The data is a little better for secondary prevention. This means you have already had a heart attack or stroke. But if you have had an event (heart attack or stroke), you are still not deficient in aspirin or any other pharmaceutical.

You are deficient in the healthy lifestyle.
