How to Make Organic Salad Dressing
Forget the store-bought stuff and get ready for an EASY and HEALTHY topper to your favorite salad or to use as a vegetable dip.
This dressing combines healthy fat and protein to accent any meal. The superstar in this recipe is the anchovy. Omega-3 fats, protein, and plenty of calcium from the tiny bones that you cannot taste once blended. Someone in the family not keen on fish? The average bottled salad dressing contains loads of preservatives and unnecessary ingredients. Then, they package this stuff in plastic bottles that leaches chemicals into your food. Humans already have high levels of plastic in their blood, which is linked to heart disease, cancer, and hormone problems. Add in the fact that most bottled stuff is made with a garbage like soybean oil or canola oil.

The following ingredients are included but YOU will decide the amounts according to your taste. For example, some people like more apple cider vinegar and less olive oil. Some people prefer more spices than others. YOU decide and you cannot screw this up!

- Apple Cider Vinegar OR lemon juice
- Anchovies (Start slowly if you prefer)

To make the recipe “creamy”, add an AVO-CARDIO.
Do NOT add salt. There is plenty of salt in the anchovy.
Add the above to a blender. We prefer a Vitamix . Great investment and will last for years.
Blend and the dressing is ready to use. Store the remainder in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Lasts 7 days.
Again, you cannot mess this recipe up. Find the amounts that work for you. Too thick? Add more oil. Too strong, add some lemon.
In fact, add whatever you would like in this recipe. This is a great way to get the foods you need into your body. Sometimes, we add sunflower or pumpkin seed. Sometimes sliced onion and garlic. Make it fun and make it different every time.
