This recipe harnesses the power of the 3 ingredients to crank up your immune system. Quite simply, you will be juicing turmeric, garlic and lemon. We love our Immune Juice to keep us well all winter long or whenever we feel run down. Here is the recipe for 3-4 servings.

Turmeric – 1 small handful of organic turmeric root

Garlic- 3 organic cloves

Lemon- 2 small organic lemons

Juice the above and drink slowly. Dilute to your preferred taste with water or our favorite, Pellegrino. Best when consumed shortly after juicing, but may store in frig in glass for up to three days.
